As part of our maintenance contracts we include support for all desktops both onsite and remotely. We usually address desktop support issues remotely but occasionally, something may need repaired or replaced. We can often identify such problems remotely, but your system may need some physical attention on-site which is also included in all our maintenance plans.
Our maintenance contracts cover current Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and the Microsoft Office applications which provide the backbone of most office environments. To facilitate our engineers to connect to your PCs remotely, you will need an active Internet connection.
